At Umyday, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and final sale items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@umyday.com with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
